Hawkins has done a remarkable job at WMU, despite outdated, subpar, facilities and a sleepy fan base.

WMU students and alumni need to appreciate what we have in Hawk. The man can coach!

Pleased and proud of Coach Hawkins!

This will be an exciting season of Bronco Basketball and the team/program needs and deserves support.

WMU will not be sneaking up on anyone this year, with how strong the finished the season last year. Tucker's hustle may be hard to replace, but I have every confidence that Johnson and Jones will have the physical and skill growth to fill any gaps.

Josh Davis going to factor into the play this season? He has talent, but we haven't seen much of it on the court. Thoughts?

What Josh Davis needs more than anything is some confidence. He was a great scorer in high school but can't seem to score at WMU. He will get wide open looks and miss them and then you can tell he is hesitant to shoot after a few bad misses. If he could just get a few shots to fall to give him some confidence I think we would all see a much improved Josh Davis.

Hawk mentioned in a interview Davis was struggling to shoot off both sides . Once opposing teams picked this up on film they neutralized him

Hope Davis has improved his shot in off season, we need his contributions this season if we are to have success.

Hawk has stated he has two Frosh who could get a lot of time. Didn't mention names. This team is very deep for a MAC squad. Good height also for a mid major.
