troy from the sunbelt
sdsu and boise from the mwc
...those are the only realistic options
troy and boise play an elimination game first game of the season ...its hard to know who to root for, if troy win they likely finish 11-1, meaning the aac champ cant have 3 losses.....
but im probably going to root for troy..troy beating boise literally stabs a knife in the back of the mwc
I'd remove WKU from that list. They lost Brohm to... Purdue?
Supposedly they also have a lot of pieces to replace too. Maybe MTSU or LA Tech, but that's it from that conference.
And yes, we are all Trojans when they play Boise. A loss to a Sun Belt team in the regular season is a death knell to perception.
I agree, we have no chance i guess thats why the Massey ratings has WKU the highest ranked G5 team preseason. joking aside..... anytime a coaching change is made things can go wrong in a hurry, but WKU has had the best recruiting class in CUSA for a few years straight and has plenty of talent to continue its winning ways. I feel pretty good going into this season, but would not be surprised if we went 7-5 with a new coach or 12-0

I don't follow G4's
But if I was forced to choose one I still wouldn't know who I would pick. Yikes

And Massey has WMU ahead of WKU. PLEASE don't bring Bronies here feeling insulted!
The Massey Composite Rating - incomplete though it is with 13 ratings to date - has both of those Westerns behind American Pow6r. Interestingly, both those W_U have high standard deviation - 2 of 4 schools with sigma >20.00 (the other two are Idaho and Coastal Carolina).

Mike Sanford, former BSU qb, OC, ND OC, is WKUs new coach. He is pretty good.

A few days ago they had WKU at 24th and the highest rated, they changed it on me still coming in at 33rd isn't to bad.

I think we had 51k for the championship game against Tulsa. I know we had over 40k for another championship game. Lowest might have been upper 30's.
Ucf can get more people to watch a winless team.

You must remember that WKU is still relatively new to FBS and is still building a fan base. Our time will come soon enough. And maybe our next game wont be at 11am and below freezing outside, that pretty much eliminated our casual fan from coming.
