WSOC: Preseason Poll

The poll has Seattle being favorites with 7 first place votes (49 pts) followed by UMKC in second with 1 first place vote (36 pts) followed shortly by GCU (34 pts), UVU (32 pts), and Bakersfield (32 pts). Sports are finally coming back!!!!

Really good in depth preview here if anyone is interested. Very well done. The author thinks Seattle and CSUB are basically tied for one with UMKC and GCU just behind.

What, you mean you actually prefer to discuss sports as opposed to endless speculations on who's a more important signee, who will do better, namecalling, cat fights, etc?

Sounds like Bakersfield got one heck of a player! As much as I want GCU to win it all I don't know if they have added enough to catch Seattle. Sounds like a ton of parity in the conference though!

Seattle and the PNW is a huge soccer area even before the MLS and NWSL came along. Soccer to the PNW is like lacrosse back east. Its big time.
