eh I don't know. Many of us recognize the Oline is in trouble, big trouble and without that, our two qb's are most likely going to struggle, again. I just don't see it. Plus all new coaches, new schemes, etc. I think most of us would be pleased with 6-6 as long as they are a 'tough' 6-6.

I've got them finishing 2nd in the East behind UCF.

Cincy should improve. I'd also like to point out that the author mispelled "dangerous" and said Cincy would be a threat in the AAC "West".

it happens, UC was great with Brian Kelly year 1. I'm saying the oline is in trouble this year and that causes a lot of pain in multiple areas, as you know.

For the record, our schedule isn't that tough and they could be better than I'm giving them credit for, but many UC fans are worried and are also happy with 6-6 as long as we play hard, don't quit when punched in the mouth, tackle well, stop the dumb arse penalties, and every other crap thing this program was doing under that CLOWN we had prior to CLF.

Yeah they're under rated...rated under the good teams.

By the way, CFN is garbage. Worst college football analysis on the web. I wouldn't take anything they have to say seriously.

6-6 is the goal this year. We have major depth issues in most of the position groups. It's going to take a year or two for Fickell to build up our talent on the depth chart.

13-1 yes, but you had a star quarterback and nfl prospects on the defensive side of the ball. After watching him play Cincy in 2014, it was not hard to see his talent. The runningback, name escapes me, was also a brute. Herman is a good coach, but Levine left the cupboard full.

Hard to take that article serious when they state, "Lane Kiffin is really that good." As an OC, sure but not as a HC. He has never been anything but mediocre in college and terrible in the NFL, I don't understand how he continues to get shots as a HC honestly.

And anyone who has followed NCSU at all knows they never live up to any expectations, and normally fall short of what little expectations they have. Last year they had a 3000 yd passer, an 1100 yd rusher and some really talented guys over on the defense and finished 7-6(3-5). They'll lose to USC in the opener and finish the year around .500 again, as usual.

8-4 at best, Oline is a huge problem, also, Dline not far behind..... bowl game will be a good thing after the clownish endeavors of our last administration. CLF doing very well in recruiting, WE'LL BE BACK.

I project UC with 6-7 regular season wins. If Fickell gets them to finish in the top 2 in the East he'll win conference coach of the year and be a NCOY finalist.

We'll find out soon enough who is over or under rated. E.g., USF kicks off in just 19 days.

I think Cincinnati is a big wild card. Hard to say how depleted the roster is until we see it without Tuberville at the helm. Maybe it's in better shape than it appeared, but it's really hard to say.

Cincinnati will have a tough time with Tulane and Smu this year along with every other team. Currently, there are two freshman linebackers battling into the two deep. The offensive line returns one of five players and they have to pick up a new system with a new coach. It is possible that we beat ap, split with the mac schools and split with the dredges of our conference for a record of 6-6.
