Hillary got 27% in West Virginia. Democrats owned that state from 1933 to 2015. They had the state senate 28-6 and House 65-35 in 2012. They still had 24 in the senate and a majority in the House in 2014. Republicans have 22 in the senate and 64 in the house now + the governor and one senator.
