We dropped 2 places since end of last year.......to be expected.

Nice to see Memphis, Tulsa, Temple, and Houston getting votes as well.

It's a lot easier to get into the rankings when you start the season already getting votes. Just gotta win...

Eventually, but their schedule is not easy. Away games at USC, TCU, Baylor(who knows what they are this year) and WVU plus OU in Dallas with K State and Okie St at home. 6-6 is very possible and the ceiling appears to be 7-5 or 8-4.

you guys are going to be very good this year - thought schematically Montgomery went toe to toe with Herman we just had better overrall talent.

I think if USF, or even Memphis, went 13-0, neither would have a chance at the playoffs, because both schedules are so weak, relatively speaking. They would put a 2-loss SEC team ahead of us, if nothing else.
