They inherited a world with peace and unrivaled prosperity and Hitler planted six feet deep.

From everything they have given us a comprehensive cradle to grave welfare state and the lion's share of $20 trillion in debt.

Locusts, they are. There isn't enough wealth on Earth to satiate their welfare hunger.

No doubt. I hate it that Im considered(by one year)a boomer. I disavow it.

lol....my birthday is today....I got in on X by a nick 03-wink

irony: so is 0'bama's and Jeff Gordon's.....I disavow

04-cheers

what on god's green gables has jeffery reardon gordon ever done to you? i hold no animosity towards that man. happy birthday fellow potty

anyway, these misguided liberals are failing this generation. you can't just throw your heart into a situation. liberalism appears to be waging a war on brains

now that i know adam corrola's life's story, i understand why i don't appreciate his humor as most do. i never really found him funny but i don't mind listening to him

once upon, I was a labonte/stewart/newman guy.....now it's unwatchable.....like 0'bama in front of a mic....

and thanks....at 52, it was simply another 10 hr workday out in the field 03-wink

has nascar evolved since the fabled labonte/stewart/newman reign? was it more nuanced than turning left?

As a millennial myself I agree with the analysis on why that brand of millennials are a huge problem in our political and social culture, but the size of that group within the generation is overblown imo. You go to Chicago or Brooklyn and you'll find them in every Starbucks and artisanal cupcake shop down the street, but very few in the rural midwest or south. It's the 'silent majority' of young voters who supported Trump last year because they haven't lived in a world that's optimistic and upwardly mobile like a lot of young liberals have.

One thing that's been pretty consistent throughout human history is the older generations complaining about the youth, you can go back to Socrates for that. And in American history you'll find that young and liberal generations grow more (economically) conservative as they age and have a family to take care of. We're gonna be fine, we just have to stay vigilant as far as free speech rights and stuff (which is most concerning from the group imo).
