Wonder if any of the o-line recruits will play defense? Usually the other way around. We only added one “freshman” d-line man and that to me seems to be an area of need for young talent.

Tony Thurston is a legit talent and a good get. Talked to his mom and she said that the coaches expect him to compete for PT this fall.

I bet we get some preferred walk-ons or Spring transfer at the DL position.

Anything is possible. I think we're fine #'s wise on DL players though. Just peeked at the roster and we have 10 on the team now not counting Terrell from UVA who will be listed as LB.

correct me if I'm wrong, but not one of the handful of ODU transfers we've gotten has ever seen the field at JMU, correct?

I can’t recall any who have panned out.

True, and that will be a veteran (and hopefully dominant) o-line in 2019.

But no RB with this class. And you want at least 3 good, capable RBs, if not 4. 3 senior RBs next season, so for 2019 it will be Percy and ??? and ???. My guess is next year will sign at least 2 RB out of HS, hoping at least 1 can play right away, and also maybe a transfer.
