In all seriousness I hope he has. Memphis is a good step up from WKU, even if he has to sit out a year. His size would be very beneficial if he doesn't go overseas immediately

If not we have a very low probability in getting his attention to consider us.

Non-issue, he's a WKU student (enrolled and attended classes) and his only option for this year is to sit-out or go over seas and earn a paycheck. I think he'll choose the latter.

Never said anything about hiring his dad. But anytime a top 20 recruit comes available, even if he'd have to sit out a year, I'd hope we'd at least give him a call if nothing else. Seems like a "no-brainer'

We're a football school now. No need for top 20 recruits. Too much baggage.

tell that to 3/4 of the local population. I for one am glad we have a really good AD who is wanting to be relevant in MULTIPLE sports, and not just throw all of the funds at just one. If we can stay relevant in football and bring our basketball program back to where it should be, among the top 25, then we will get ALOT of attention if the P5 conferences ever decide to make changes. I have a feeling that eventually we may see P5 conferences separate themselves even more than they already have in the next 7-10 years.

I knew Stansbury had hired a 5-star's guardian to get his first recruit. Then dominos started falling and they end up with a top class. I didn't realize that was the kid they were saying had disappeared from campus in the dead of the night. Strange.

Wonder if the team rankings will be adjusted yet again - and what the rest of Stansbury's class thinks now?

Whatever happened to the guardian? His hiring was the basis of one of GP's throw-it-in-Memphis-face columns about successfully hiring someone to get a top recruit. Don't expect any accountability there, either.
