Alright...(Please Read)
Josh and I have made some decisions.

What belongs in team boards. Non WAC affiliated sports. Topics specific to the respective local communities... i.e. Las Cruces, Seattle, etc. and any other news/discussion as it relates to your school that fans wish to discuss there. Those boards are for each fan base.

Posting threads that specifically glorify your schools past achievements and history. School spirit is great, but it does not need individual threads of their own on the main WAC board. Please use the new stickied thread, WAC Throwback to post anything about your schools achievements and history. Any threads that are started that specifically glorify or the history of one schools past will automatically be moved to that schools respective board. I will say it again, this rule only applies to past achievements and history.

If your school wins the WAC Regular Season or Tournament titles, be happy and celebrate it. Same goes for player and coach awards. Making runs in postseason tournaments. Winning and NCAA Tournament?? Celebrate it all. However all celebration threads must come to an end. The end is one month after your school has won a title or your coach receives an award etc, because then it is a past achievement. The celebration thread will then be moved to that school specific board, so you can celebrate all you want.

Player of the week awards will be kept track of in a thread for each season. Individual threads started for Player of the week awards will be moved to that schools board.

If the issue of what belongs on the main WAC board and on team boards continues, Josh and I will have all the team boards moved elsewhere. It is up to each teams fan base on how to utilize there schools board provided by CSNBBS. (Please PM us if there is something that you would like pinned in your schools board.)

Recruiting info: There will be a running commits thread for each recruiting class, where all new WAC commits will be posted. It will not be Josh and mines responsibility to maintain it, we will contribute. It will be easily accessible in the new Bookmarks Thread, stickied at the top of the board.--- As for players that are being actively recruited by WAC Teams, they can either have there own thread or be added to a running thread about recruits. Just be respectful of the recruits and commits when you are talking about them.

The only Thread Police on here are Josh and I, plus a couple of super mods and administrators. If you are not a mod, super mod or administrator it is not your job to question whether a thread or post is in the appropriate place. If you have a real issue with a thread or a post, please PM Josh or I. If you feel it is breaking the rules, use the report button on that post to alert us, then it is officially documented.

The previous rule that was instituted earlier in July is now null and void.

If you really cannot stand what someone posts, click on that users name, scroll to the bottom of their profile, hit the Add To Ignore List button.

If you feel that you cannot continue to post here well...

I'm sorry if any of you feel that Josh and I are being harsh. This is not the Scout network where it is fast and loose on some boards. We are all making adjustments to our new home. Josh and I in our roles as moderators and everyone else learning their boundaries. These forums are for both sides of the conversation. That is the purpose here.

This sounds great to me. Thanks for taking the time to think this through.

I won't be surprised to see this board die. SMH!!!

I'm not even going to post anymore. If we can't talk about winning the WAC Championship then there is no reason to even have a WAC board.

I'm Out!!!!

Love the new rule. Although maybe go more than a month on the recent title celebrations before moving...just thinking these about threads to hold over during the off season.

Good job mods!

Good job guys. I really appreciate all the work you put into this board. It is a thankless job and all we do is give you grief. I think you all do a wonderful job and I am grateful you all take the time to act as moderators.

Your allowed to talk about it. Were just saying you do not need to have specified threads for them beyond a month after it occurred. Maybe if the discussion with in those threads has not broken down they may stick around longer. We'll see.

Another knee jerk reaction post from Frank instead of acting like a mature person with a normal response. He will be back with another moniker. Thanks Mods for your hard work.
