Just curious, but were the PFT standard for men who transitioned to women adjusted and vice versa?

I have no problem with the basic idea of trans-gendered people wishing to serve.

However, I cannot overlook the fact that they pose more of a risk to themselves and the people serving around them because of certain requirements.

It would not be a good thing to have to choose logistically between ammunition or food and hormones to keep certain individuals in the fight.

Ultimately, I am just a civilian though and think the decision should be entirely left up to the military brass.

I haven't seen any assertion that the cost would be negligible. And if they have, well when a hammer costs $500, I guess negligible is a very relative term for them.
