The average US male is 1 inch taller and 30 pounds heavier than the average US male from 1960.
The average female is 1 inch taller and 26 pounds heavier than the average US female from 1960. In fact, the average female weighs as much as the average male from 1960.

why would humanity be getting physically larger as we become less physical in labor?
and why is puberty starting at 10 and 11 when it used to start at 14 and 15?

no, not just fatter. We are getting taller and bigger as a species.
we should be getting smaller as our brains do the work and not the muscles.

Yeah, in that goofy high calorie intake that starts when we are toddlers, we are pumping a crap ton more protein than people were generations ago.

he's right about the bigger/taller thingy......I'm 6'3/235 .... makes me a giant in the 'sip....

my first thoughts when I landed at PDX??? wtf is in your water and "man you guys are really white".....I became normalized at that point.....damn nordic *******
