Has some NFL experience and spent a long-time around the FCS ranks. I'd say he is an upgrade.

Two head coaching stops along the way, okay results. Had some bad records taking over a terrible Nicholls State program. He'll serve the purpose.

Pretty decent for Nicholas State and was named 2002 Southland coach of the year. FCS DC to D-Line coach so good pick-up late in the game

30-57 record overall, they had a flash in the pan great year but overall he's a sub .500 head coach. Looks like a good assistant, but he was the DC from a 1-10 football team. We'll see how it goes.
