You could argue that if there is a threshold of intelligence to raise kids anyone below that level should be sterilized because any child they birthed they wouldn't be allowed to raise.

If there was a couple I would think about taking it away from, it would be those college educated parents lauded on the today show for having all her teachers and kindergarten classmates call the girl a boy.

But parents' rights should be paramount. Now if they were doing puberty delaying drugs, that's child abuse.
