Gotta remember I'm 70 years old and can remember this, but possibly the best movie dance scene ever: The band is "Bill Haley and his Comets" from the movie "Don't knock the Rock", 1956, and yes while most people weren't quite that athletic, they did try to dance like that.

Gotta love the Swing, and Jitterbugging is an art form for sure!

I think my wife watched this just a little bit ago. She records all the old movies and watches them once our boy goes to bed.

In sports coats and ties and dresses no less.

I'm sweatin just thinkin about it. I was down to my cummberbund and unbuttoning my shirt at the prom and I was not dancin like that.
