That is a no brainer. In a trade between Cubs and White Sox Chicago will always come out ahead..

Still hate to give up such promising prospects, Cubs top 2 prospects mid season. Cubs will not be able to hold on to all their stars in a few years and a promising rookie would have been great to fill a few holes. Schwarber, Haap and Jimenez would have made a good long term lineup. Heyward can opt of current deal after 2018 or 2019 if he reaches certain levels of production and be free agent again..

Will be good to get Butler out of starting rotation, but could replace Montgomery as left handed starter.. But with 2 starters on the 10 day both Montgomery and Butler may stay in rotation for another week.
