It's getting close to FB season, the preseason magazines are out, and fans are excited about what the coming year holds in store for their team. After reading some wildly optimistic threads on other team's boards about their prospects, I'm curious as to what JMU fans think will shake out in terms of regular season Ws and Ls for all of the other Virginia D1 (FBS/FCS) football teams, in particular UVA, VT, W&M, Richmond, VMI, Norfolk, Liberty and ODU. Here are my regular season predictions:

UVA. 5-7
VT 9-3
W&M 7-4
RU 7-4
VMI 4-7

Can teams tie anymore? Is there a point after X number of OTs that the officials end it in a tie?

I was curious what OT length records were.

All-time: 8OT game in 1998. Bethune cookman vs Virginia State.
FBS - 3 games tied for 7OT. Two involved Arkansas.
D2/D3: each division has a pair of 6OT games tied for their record.

Or maybe olderduke just hates ticks and Billy & the biatch and hopes that the game is so bad, the refs just call it a 0-0 tie and both schools shut down their athletic programs.

TBH, the rest are irrelevant to me.
