Looking at his tweets, I think his all caps response was making fun of the original tweeeter (sp?) for acting like the non-handshake was news. His next tweet states "I think there probably wasn't an intent. I think Trump was out of her line of sight."

I think it was her intent. But, that's normal. For instance, when my wife and I get together with friends my wife always hugs the female partner first. It's courtesy. It was awkward (it embarrassed Trump for sure) I admit but there wasn't any malice to it either because knowing the importance of this meeting do you really THINK the Polish First Lady would want to snub the leader of the free world?

I'll bet the Polish president didn't let this slide though. I can just hear him admonishing her, "what were you thinking" ala Dr. Phil.
