I've really soured on Nike shoes. I can never keep a pair from falling apart. I've gotten some adidas lately from work and they are way better than any nikes I've had.
I have worn Adidas shoes for last 4 years and they are great. Unfortunately they have slowed their production of their top tier running shoe so price is high and aren't as easy to find.
All that said I wish Tech had a deal with UA only because I like the uniform designs they have vs adidas. But Tech and most schools in CUSA was not in a position to take less money. If Puma wanted to get back into American football and they offered Tech more money then that's who we would have signed with.

WKU is officially a Nike school (as of July1). Polos anywhere from $55-80. T shirts $30-35. What a joke. I'm mean I knew it was like that, but it's hard to see it at my school.

And after the season starts Nike will come out with the $90 1/2 zip pullover and the $75 pullover sweatshirt and the $100 hooded sweatshirt.

RE: OT: Nike, Adidas or Under Armour? Who wears what in FBS – 2017 edition
I am a Nike homer. In high school, my football team wore nike uniforms and I loved them (especially since they were new my junior year). Of course I had to match them with nike cleats, socks, gloves, and even a chinstrap sleeve.
I was a little upset ODU switched from Nike to UA a few years back but after I heard the laughably low number Nike gave us vs the deal we got from UA, I wasn't upset anymore. Nike does have a knack of overpricing merchandise, $30 for a t shirt with the swoosh and an ODU logo always felt ridiculous to me. UA is still a little pricey but not as bad as some of the things Nike sold in the bookstore.
I've always disliked Adidas... even when I played soccer. I think they have the worst style for uniforms, for both basketball and football. I cringed a couple of years ago when teams like Michigan, Wisconsin, Kansas, Louisville, etc all used that horrid uniform with the stripe that started at the bottom of the jersey and ended just under the pelvis at the shorts. Those look like uniforms you could get at the dollar store. The football templates aren't any better... They seem too tight and the shoulder/sleeve just looks uncomfortable. But that's just my opinion lol

I can't wear Nike, they hurt my feet and aren't worth the money in my mind. I have been wearing Adidas for several years now and prefer them over every other shoe.
I personally like the Adidas uniforms the Roadrunners wear. I think they do a good job with the equipment personnel to set up some nice unis. The Blackbird unis last Halloween were pretty awesome in my mind.
BTW, Puma does some pretty good business in the Golfing world as well. I do have some Puma Golf shoes and apparel. Not bad gear.

Price not any different then anytime I go to WKU book store and look around...They have always had Nike, Columbia, Under Armor, etc, and most all shirts are $70 and up...
