Many black voters stayed home because they saw the lies Hillary was telling. Her comments back in the 1990s saying blacks in orison are super predators. They are trying to lure Hillary to run again in 2020. No way she will win. Many of her supporters who voted for her say her time is up, and we need new blood as leaders.
