This isn't worth it. Sometimes you need red tape. Unlike the Paris agreement, this actually could hurt rural Americans.

Aaaaaand of course, could not.

A roll back of a rule signed in June of '15. So we'll all have to suffer through the dirty water we all had in May of '15...

My goodness the desperation is desperate.

My guess is Putin told him to roll it back 01-wingedeagle

Hard to say. I think it's arguable that one of the intentions of this Rule is to codify EPA's ability to restrict development.

They should focus on those areas where there is a known problem. Like the copious amounts of lead in the water where JuannyNada grew up.

This was about giving power to the EPA to harass and tell people what they could/couldn't do on their own property if the rain left a puddle.

Nothing to do with clean water.

One of the best things he's done. Puddles on farms are no longer considered "wetlands."

One of the most egregious overreaches in government history has been repealed.

The over the top "the rebublicans want dirty air, dirty water, and have a desire to push grandma over a cliff" is among the most intellectually dishonest tactics the Dems use. That party relies on their voters being complete morons. Its scary that nearly half the nation actually buys that garbage.

Its the mental illness that is so prevalent on the left that is really scary. I had no idea so many people were so unstable. Stupid isn't necessarily dangerous. Deranged is dangerous.

The urbanites are just concerned about the rural folks' well being. Lol

That rule was idiotic. Somehow I think everyone will survive just fine.

News flash, Trump didn't collude with the Russians so you might want to take that ridiculous assertion out of your sig. Even your boys at CNN have finally backed the eff off that BS story.

They used "can" and "may" in almost every statement. I never once saw "will". I reckon that before Lord Zero issued his EO millions of Americans were drinking dirty water. I can't help but wonder why there was no CNN coverage of that.

RE: Trump’s Order May Foul U.S. Drinking Water Supply
So Mr. Trump is going to kill us all by removing a rule. So, tell me about the rule. Quoting the article:

The 2015 rule never really went into effect, however, because a federal court stopped its implementation until judges decide a lawsuit against it, which is still in progress.

So Trump has rolled back something that has never been implemented and was stopped (enjoined by the courts) before his watch.
