If it weren't so pathetic and sad, it would almost be comedic listening to a man spend his day divided equally on lying and calling everyone else liars.

Trumps credibility takes an equal hit on that claim doesn't it? He can't prove what he said, Times can't prove otherwise. Why does one lose ALL credibility, the other none? Why ignore the instigation and condemn the rebut?

Yes, that should be worded better and not just for brevity, but they're clearly only talking about the 3-5 million claim...and you know that.

My thought to, bad wording. But bad wording in a rebuttal doesn't rise to the level of the false claim.

This is far more important than fake news.

"Fake news" is more a lazy way of ignoring what one doesn't like than any real thing. It would be fine if reserved for actual fake news. It's not. Mostly used against opinion and views the labeler disagrees with.

Silencing those opinions and views is a far greater threat.
