Dang-- I hope the picture is as clear on the channel as it is on the commercial.

Hope DirectTV has it available, or I'll be pulling out the digital antenna -- I did find a very good antenna on Amazon for cheap (much better than the crappy ones you can buy at Walmart for about the same price)

This would be a good thread to ask about OTA antennas. If for some reason Stadium does not distribute to a RSN that Dish or Directv carries, what is the best antenna for picking up sub-channels from 10-15 miles away? Anyone know?

Looks like most of the same Direct TV channels that carried the ASN games will continue to carry whatever this network produces, or at least I hope so...

Here is the one that I bought : https://www.amazon.com/ClearStream-Eclip...se+antenna

You can probably go a level down since you just need 15 miles

They might be on to something that ESPN can't seem to understand, people tuning in want sports content...not opinions, arguing, and political statements.

Yeah 15 miles isn't that far, if there aren't hills or obstructions you won't need much. There are some websites that you can put in your address and it will tell you what you likely need to pick it up. I'd start at the lowest (cheapest) possible and take it back if it doesn't work.

Try this:

The FLATENNA has worked well for me.
Even better when I hooked it up in the attic where it splits go the rest of the household.

I doubt you'll see the games on dish sports channels. It's rumored Stadium will only air on Sinclair owned stations and Twitter. You'll need the Twitter app on Roku, Apple TV, or Fire TV.

Why would you give your network a name that will struggle to get decent placement on search engines?

AAA Network? No, that's phonebook placement. Never mind.

Wait. The Porn Football Network.

Winner, winner, chicken dinner.

I think they'll have their own channel on Roku since Campus Insiders had one and hopefully that will show the 24/7 programming.
I got this from our MW Website regarding the Stadium partnership with the MW Digital Network. It may provide some insight of what is to come from Stadium.

http://www.themw.com/sports/2017/6/9/about-mwn.aspx

Here is an excerpt from the site.
"All Mountain West Network programming is also available on Stadium, a 24/7 live and on-demand sports network that delivers world-class content that you can access anytime, anywhere, with no cable subscription required. Campus Insiders, 120 Sports and Sinclair Broadcasting have combined forces to launch Stadium, the industry's only all-platform sports network complete with a live, daily national studio operation, an exclusive and unique collection of professional and collegiate rights, nearly 3,000 live games plus classic games and archives, and a broad array of post-game highlights, up-to-the-moment news, and original, long-form programming. Stadium is built for today's landscape and today's fans across every viable distribution platform, including (but not limited to):

- Owned and operated properties (WatchStadium.com and Stadium mobile apps)
- Over-the-top connected devices (such as Apple TV, Roku, Sling TV, Amazon Fire and XBox)
- a 24/7 over-the-air network accessible via digital antenna
- Syndication partners (such as Yahoo!, MSN and USA Today)
- Curated video destinations (such as Buffalo Wild Wings and Verizon go90)

In addition, viewers can tune in to Stadium's new, original, full-programmed linear experience live on Twitter as the social media platform's first 24/7 streaming partner dedicated to sports. For more information, visit WatchStadium.com.

A really ass-backwards corporate way of saying "ads"? Or at the least sponsored content?

Alternately, it could be a way to access their content. go90 provides access to NBA programming. Maybe you can get it when you connect through BWW's network when you're there? I dunno.

I think that is what it is. Verizon customers can access NBA and other shows without data being used via the Verizon Go90. BWW must have a network you can connect to at the table that will access Stadium while you are there eating wings.

In essence, Stadium is going all out to cover every type of platform for to provide a choice to how a customer wants to access the network.

The syndication partners statement is encouraging. In the past, ASN used several RSN's for distribution. Hopefully they will again.

BTW--For UTSA fans living in Houston, channel 39 has announced they will broadcast the UH-UTSA game in Houston. Channel 39 (KIAH) is the local CW affiliate (1005 on ATT Uverse/605 on Xfinity).

I messaged Stadium a few days ago on Facebook asking when/if the Stadium channel would be added to Roku, Apple TV, Fire Stick etc. But they haven't replied.
