I hope he doesn't take it.

The question that is going to be answered is important and we need some clear guidance on it.

What SCOTUS did, unanimously, was slap down the judges who issued the injunctions against the ban. The district judges overstepped their authority, which everyone but the truly ignorant proglodytes already knew.
