The only trash talk I have seen is about next season. And next season will be fun for Wichita State fans.

My short time on the board most of your posters seem like good, knowledgeable fans but that cold blooded guy/girl is beyond a troll.

I'm not a betting man, but if I were... I'd put money that something "weird" happens in the first couple conference games we play. Gregg Marshall likes to set a "tone" in new environments.

Man, I know you're trolling but I finally looked up WSU's basketball history. Ha! You post like you have five national championships and multiple NBA HOFers, but I was shocked by how little WSU has actually won. Hell, SMU has just as many sweet 16 appearances as you do, six. You've only been to two final fours!???. We have one and we lost to the great Bill Russell in ours. We have MORE conference championships (15) than WSU (13) and most of ours were in the SWC, a P5 conference in today's world. I'm glad I finally looked at your history. Are you serious with all this trash talk??

So are you saying that your history isn't that impressive?

Pretty much. We have a long history and we have done some good things but I'd never go around screaming like we are the greatest thing since sliced bread and act like we are going roll everyone.

You're getting trolled by Cold. Hopefully you get used to him by the time November arrives.

I'm not sure any WSU fan is calling WSU sliced bread worthy, expect for the fact that a few of us thought a preseason Top 10 team would have a decent chance to win the AAC in its first year. That notion has clearly taken a lot of people off guard and is completely unreasonable. Hence, the shite storm on the board.

What's all this talk about a Tulsa fan? Is it about Invisiblehand and this thread? I guess I missed it all.

UNT has there greatest jazz program in the nation. They have 6 jazz bands and all of them are the toughest groups to get into.

I'm afraid we'll have to add TCU if any more Tulsa hating schools are added. Wouldn't want the ponies to get lonely.

TCU doesn't care but unt hates us for some reason

Does anyone even care about UNT??? *Crickets*

How about Baylor? Do the rich snobs get along with the religious snobs?

There was a thread started about where WSU finishes, but what about where Tulsa finishes? Does nobody care about those goats?

I'm old and clearly don't understand some of this stuff.

However, I'm happy to make a 5 or 10 year bet with ANY SMU fan on the respective success or lack thereof of the two programs.

Happy to discuss any measurements.

1. Head to head
2. # of NCAA wins
3. # of conf wins
3. # of conf championships
4. total home attendance
5. total wins; average wins per season

Whatever the god squad wants to measure, I'm up for it. $1000?

A Tulsa fan can dish it but can't take it.

Call me when you guys get a football team. Then, call me again when that football team doesn't suck.

A home win by Tulsa's best team in the last 15 years, while WSU's future NBA PG only played half the game, and played that half of the game on one leg. Good work. Remind us how the rest of the last 10 or so matchups have gone.

I think the most shocking thing about that photo is seeing actual people at a Tulsa basketball game.

I haven't read most of these WSU threads so forgive me if this has been mentioned but has anyone speculated that Cold Blooded is really Gregg Marshall's wife?

Step 1: set up fake profile as WSU fan
Step 2: as fake WSU fan, declare that Navy is my AAC football team.
Step 3: troll the #&+@ out if all you &+(&$#&+s all football season and say the sailor-word stuff I've wanted to for the last two years.

Possible downside: paying attention to hooptyball season to maintain the fiction
