Jay Bilas accuses NCAA of 'breaking its own rules’....
Something besides 'whose being signed and they are better than....' or 'whose transferring to...'

Mainly deals with the NCAA's jurisdiction in the North Carolina situation.

I love Jay, but I think I'm going to have to disagree with this one. I think the NCAA still has to punish the school because they were playing academically ineligible players and was knowingly doing so. If you want to keep whatever shred of what the word "student athlete" means, it is necessary.
