Quote:Two weeks ago in the Rose Garden, President Trump declared that under his leadership, foreign leaders won’t be “laughing at us anymore.”
Since then, he’s been the butt of jokes in capitals around the world.

He was right. They are laughing at him. 05-stirthepot

True. The European leaders laughed at him and then were shocked that he did not then confirm Article 5 of the NATO charter and pulled out of the Paris Accord. They didn't laugh about that.

They've taken us for granted for so long that they've forgotten about diplomacy.

They better stop laughing and re-learn it.

They don't want democracy. They want the Germans to rule the world via Brussels. Not going to happen.

RE: Trump said foreign leaders wouldn't laugh at the US.
FWIW, the V4 (Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary) are all slowly getting more and more fed up with the EU in regards to immigration AND to the new gas pipelines that link Russia to... ...wait for it... ...Germany.

The EU is not that unified at the end of the day. A decent number of countries (including the types that normally do not speak up) are slowly getting a bit fed up with Germany acting in only her own best interest.

Yea, The "leaders" are laughing at Tillerson and Mattis.

Good luck with that.

Maybe we could send James Taylor's BFF and the congenital liar rice out there once again instead?!?

^^^^^THIS^^^^^^

The Europeans aren't in a position to laugh at anyone, They have taken the US for granted for decades while themselves, have been quite chosey about when and when not to support the US. Hell, France wouldn't even let our jets fly over French soil when we bombed Libya years ago. The reality is the Europeans are just upset that the free ride is over. Believe me, they aren't laughing.
