RE: Bourne Dialogue - Season Tickets Trending Up
I see less than 300 tickets available in the stadium right now for general ticket purchase. I suspect it'll be very close to a sellout come game time even with rush week going on.

rush weekend has always been the 2nd weekend of the school year. it's not a new conflict. I'm usually pulling into P lot around 8 am thinking "Ohh nice there are a lot of people already out and about for game day" and then i realize it's mostly all well dressed ladies headed toward the row and remember it's rush week.

Yeah exactly. I still think we draw a sold out student section, but this isn't anything new

Lots of things taking place on the jmu campus that are not ever going to be driven by football.

Will be interesting to see how ETSU handles Bridgeforth and our fans. Since their return to football I believe the largest crowd ETSU had ever played in front of was back in 2015 when they traveled to Montana State and it looks like less than 14k attended that game. We'll be close to, if not at, a sell out and I anticipate a pretty loud Q1.

It looks like we have a couple hundred (maybe 200?) tickets remaining. We're so close to a sell out. Come on Dukes!

Very, very difficult to sell all seats. As it gets close, there only sporadic individual seats spread over the stadium and one seat alone is difficult to sell. That's why most venues consider it a sell out at 90% capacity even though you can still buy a ticket, just not two together.

That's true but it's not quite at that point. There's still blocks of up to 20ish together in some spots.
