MAC Travel Thread: Has this been done already?

Most here can fill in more than me but I thought interesting to make a list of places to eat and things to do at the MAC cities, to encourage me to travel.
- Don’t hog the conversation please. One or two suggestion per at least until others have had to chime in.
- Can be anywhere you’d stop on your way to or from the game.

Toledo:
To do: Stroll campus, it’s beautiful.
Breakfast: The Original Pancake House (5 min)
Meal: Rice Bowl (on campus: panko and sushi)

Ypsilanti
To do: Nankin Hobby on Washtenaw (5 min)
Breakfast: Bomber’s (ten min: huge and creative diner food in cool atmosphere)
Meal: The Wurst Bar (homemade sausage and large bear selection.)

Bowling Green (serious responses permitted)
To do: leave
BF:
Meal: Myles’ Pizza, oops, never mind. It closed.

I passed it many times but I never went to Pollyeyes. Maybe because I wasn't sure how to pronounce it. Next time, I give it a try.

Thanks, I think these will be helpful and hope more contribute. I imagine most drive in, watch and drive out but if anyone had ideas for recreation or other entertainment, museums. unique stores... it'd be good for this thread.

Polleyes is the only good thing in BG. So good, I drive 20 miles out of my way to Toledo to grab some breadsticks when I'm in town...

lol, they do have Bison and Alligator, according to their menu.

I REALLY need to get new glasses. I type and correct and edit and there are still things I don't see until I post and sometimes not then. The words I type don't no longer are matching the words I hear in my head. Maybe it's a normal for getting older,...

Kent State:
Restaurant -- Rays in downtown Kent
To Do: Walk the new downtown area and then tailgating right at the stadium.
Btw, first stadium in the MAC to have beer sales, started about 10 years ago.

Haha, nothing like a greasy breakfast at Court Street Diner to help ease the hangover.
