Or better yet, make something like the Jacksonville Jaguars have at Everbank Stadium. They have this party deck with glass walled swimming pools on the edge. Just put some tubes in there and you're good to go.

Imagine this but with TXST girls instead.

The Dallas suburb Frisco added a lazy river to their baseball stadium. Since the North endzone is already done, lets add it to the south (EZC-side). They're terrible seats that nobody wants anyway.

I love that stadium. One of my favorites of all time that I've been too.

Congrats. Renderings look nice. Hopefully they don't do the water ponds and just leave space for more seating.

We absolutely do not need, nor will we need, that space for seating in the near future. This entire deal is about squeezing in more premium seats while reducing total seats over all. Drives the $ per seat up so it's ok if you only average 25k.

Yes, this will turn an area that is $0 give-a-way seats / general admission seats - into $$$ areas. 1 or 2 boxes will probably out pace the previous revenue from these seats. Also, we can shove the visiting band into the East nose-bleed section.

We appear to be following the MLS model, fewer seats available, but a higher number of premium seats, increasing revenue while filling stadium to capacity more regularly.

We've talked about this before on our own board. There's really no advantage to be had for a G5 level program to increase seating capacity. Odds are you're not going to sell half those seats but for maybe 1 game a year.

This is a trend in most of the professional leagues these days. With TV coverage so available teams have to focus on a premium experience for fans. Our propsed end zone project is similar to this as it only features Club and Loge seating areas. I do think we will add seats at some point, but for now high priced seats are the focus.

Of the major pro leagues, the NFL seems to be the only one not taking a three tier approach (premium, normal, some number of bargain seats), the NFL doesn't seem to do bargain seats though I suspect if you know what you are doing you can find bargain seats in some markets.
