Nope. You obviously don't understand obstruction of justice. The constitution gives the president the authority to direct investigations and fire people. His comments about Flynn fall far short of exceeding any limits on his authority, at least as long as he is not the subject of an investigation, which he clearly verified with Comey. The loyalty thing can be made to look bad, but doesn't break any laws.

Obstruction of justice is destroying computers and erasing files. But nobody does that, right? Oh, wait ...
