If that doesn't beat anything I've heard lately. After having a 30-5 season, and beating Purdue in the NCAA tourney, we fell below .500, with a pretty damn good bunch coming back, and I'm sure season ticket sales are falling like a brick. I personally know three couples with eight seats that aren't coming back. Have we fallen so far that we have to offer a free bag of popcorn per game to sell tickets? Obviously so. That is a shame after what Chris Beard did to get us back on the map. That's what you get when you refuse to conduct a coaching search. Talk about going from the penthouse to the shithouse. We've done it twice, first with Platt, and now with Flannigan.

I know in past seasons they have offered a Trojan polo shirt for early renewals. As I look at the cost of popcorn at the jack and my wife's love of popcorn and that we will probably have 20 days of popcorn I am ok with getting the offer. Doesn't cause me a problem. Hopefully the Men's team will have a good year but if not the popcorn works for Foley's games also.

Free popcorn? Last year's team could cause a person to lose their apetite quite easily. Gonna take more than free popcorn to get people to buy tickets.
