The group's name is "Gays for Trump" and was denied because they support the President.

You know, a big issue in the community is that there is an unwillingness of certain subcultures to unify under a common banner. If you refuse to defend the rights of others that are different than you, then who is going to be there to defend you?

This runs counter to what pride is supposed to be about.

So "PRIDE" is a political movement and not a social one? In other words, gays that vote against the majority of "PRIDE" members aren't welcome?

Unions would have a much harder time functioning if they excluded their Republican voting members.

This seems to be about conformity. "Open-mindedness" seems to have its limits.
