Ohio State coaching job.
With Matta getting axed that could set the dominos to falling again.
Not saying they are going to hire Forbes but based on WHO they hire
it could have another team looking for a coach that might want Forbes.

I was thinking this also. And Ohio State might not have the best pool of applicants at this time of year, so they may end up at least thinking about hiring Forbes. Recruiting was specifically mentioned as something important to their AD.

I also think they will, as I said I am more worried about the school Ohio State screws by stealing their coach coming after Forbes.

Yep, 2 or 3 D1 schools could be affected by this move.

Bobby Rader reported this morning (on WXSM) that they were going after Sean Miller at Arizona. And that the Arizona Pres advised that they couldn't have him!

Miller would be crazy to leave Arizona for Ohio State,, That is a step down.

I read that Butler will be looking to hire within or look to Butler grads that are coaches. Hopefully that means we are safe

Perhaps Coach Forbes is happy fielding competitive teams here in JC all the while showcasing his ability to recruit and win. Accomplishing these two goals, which he's pulling off, allows him to find the right fit for him and his family to move on if they choose to do so. I'm hoping they choose ''not'' to do so.
