Predict AAC team records this year
AAC East
USF 11-1/7-1
UCF 9-3/6-2
Temple 6-6/4-4
Cincinnati 5-7/3-5
ECU 4-8/3-5
UConn 3-9/2-6
AAC West
Memphis 10-2/7-1
Houston 9-3/6-2
SMU 8-4/5-3
Tulsa 6-6/4-4
Navy 6-6/4-4
Tulane 2-10/1-7
Winner of AAC will earn NY6 bid to Peach Bowl. USF over Memphis in AAC champ game 45-42.
Note: I spent about 30 seconds analyzing schedules, so don't overthink my predictions. This is just an off season conversation starter. I could be way off.

I went with SMU as my surprise contender in West. In the east, I see a clear 2 team race between USF and UCF unless someone else really surprises.

What's homerism about it? USF will be pre-season ranked in top 25 and are currently anywhere from #10 to #19 in pretty much every preseason predictions that have come out. USF finished 11-2 and returns a QB that had over 4400 yards and 42 TD's last year. Could USF bomb out and finish 6-6. Sure, but it's not likely with our schedule.

I'd flip Houston and Memphis. Houston is replacing one stud QB with an even better one.
And I'd flip UCF and Temple. Temple just produces and no surprise if they do it again.

Temple will be down somewhat this year. They lost a 4 year starter at QB and starting RB (although their backup RB was pretty good last year). It takes time for these new pieces to gel.

Great thing about predictions (in all sports) they rarely play out. Except picking BAMA to make the playoffs.

UCF went 6-7 last year and their QB is still pretty young. I think they'll take another big step to about 9 wins, but I think they are still a year away from their fullest potential.

Cringe. Nothing worse than pseudo-analysis from a homer. "We're ranked, so we'll beat everyone." It doesn't work that way.
Only thing I agree with is the schedule. In the very off chance S. Florida does go 12-1, I hope the AAC doesn't miss out on the NY6 bowl because of your refusal to play anyone OOC.

RE: Predict AAC team records this year
I don't feel like looking at everyone's schedules, but here is what I am predicting based on what I know:
Memphis and USF will run away with their divisions and win at least 10 games.
Tulane and UConn will bring up the rear.
Everyone else will be within a few games of each other... 6-8 wins for the most part.
Houston, Temple, and Navy are probably due to take a step back.
ECU and Cincinnati will be improved based on impact transfers and a new coaching staff, respectively.
Tulsa, SMU, and UCF will continue to improve, or at worst be comparable to last season.

Right, I'm sure you're ringing FSU's phone off the hook looking for another beatdown.

It's homerism because you didn't grant ECU a conference championship with an undefeated record, their QB didn't win the heisman, and their stadium wasn't expanded to 75,000 and granted permanent AAC attendance champions for the century.
