Quote:WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The White House said Thursday it had withdrawn or removed from active consideration more than 800 proposed regulations that were never finalized during the Obama administration as it works to shrink the federal government's regulatory footprint.

In a report, the Trump administration said it had withdrawn 469 planned actions that had been part of the Obama administration's regulatory agenda published last fall. Officials also reconsidered 391 active regulatory proceedings by reclassifying them as long-term or inactive "allowing for further careful review," the White House said.

The steps to eliminate regulations makes good on a much-repeated Trump campaign promise to promote business-friendly policies. Investors have anticipated the action, helping to push share prices higher on hopes that fewer regulations will boost business growth and lead to higher corporate profits.

Until the MSM can find one of the regulations that has a tangential association to Russia, you won't hear about these actions.

But if one of the 800 can be implicated in anything Russian, prepare for the proglodytes to be on here in one of their hysterical rants.

Oh yeah, another action that has seen little coverage is that the House is moving forward on the Employee Rights Act, characterized by some as a national right-to-work law. This would overturn many of the most egregious and union friendly actions taken by the Obama NLRB.

You remember the Obama NLRB. The agency where the Supreme Court held unanimously ruled that Obama violated the law with "recess" appointments of its commissioners.

The court and the regs are the best things Trump is doing. It helps having a businessman who understands how burdensome these things are. We have way too many lawyers and people who haven't had real jobs in years, if ever, in DC.

toss in lowering personal/corp taxes, and I agree 1000%....

ol' boy is now just getting his feet wet.....

it's not too hard to discern between those on the board that work/enjoy THEIR money and those that expect that feeling as a fundamental right...
