List does not include perhaps WMU's best football player ever, Bob Rowe, who played several years for St. Louis Cardinals.

Also Bob Lurtsema aka "Benchwarmer Bob," who played for Giants and Vikings, became media star in Twin Cities.

Neil Berry, played one year of freshman football and baseball at WMU, then seven years in MLB including five with Tigers.

Mike Squires, played ten years for White Sox.
