The younger generation couldn't care a rip anyway. They're too busy with their noses on the cells.

If you really want to watch CO2 emissions you can drive by Paisano Drive around the old Smelter and actually SEE the pollution coming from Juarez from all the wood burning stoves that are used to keep the citizens warm. They should start there.

As for climate control the world should start with China and India where most of the pollution comes from.

There is only one answer to the problem.. REDUCE the number of people in the world. Till we get population growth in order...there is no answer. Anything we do is only a drop in a 100 gallon bucket.

Without a reduction in humans....we are only slowing down the destruction. No science to back this up on but I would guess any action we do is like saving 1 day for every 10 years.

If the world was really serious they would limit birth rates in all of these 3rd world countries. If they did not get them under control...cut off support.

Exactly---Its all economics. If we all switch to expensive alternative energy forms---oil prices will plummet and become very cheap---which will encourage their use among the 3rd world. You'll just see a massive spike in their use by 3rd world nations who want to live iike the west.

The only way to REALLY solve the problem is to make green energy economically cheap and viable as the best and most economical energy source. When it is---the world will go green all by itself. We don't need agreements. Agreements wont make any difference. We need technology if we want real change.

Comedian Bill Burr has talked abut this in one of his specials. It was funny...but it was kinda true as well.
