I would really like a list of teams 45 and under in RPI who are not in the regionals

We got left out (I forget which year without looking) when we were 42 (I think that's where we ended)
We were having a gangbuster season, were even being mentioned as a Regional Host, kinda got sloppy towards the end of conference play and didn't win the tourney, so sat home

So 5 teams at or under 45 RPI were overlooked for at-large bids. That is pretty high-- usually 45 and under will get a team in

Yes and no. Keep in mind there were an unusually high number of bid stealers in the conference tournaments this year, ensuring that fewer top rated teams would get automatic bids.
