RE: Transfer
He's probably looking at another WF type to augment as opposed to a big I would guess. You take best available for next year ,but needs are needs so one more would be the ticket. He's only got one grant now so getting a grad WF would be ideal to have experience and to also have another grant to give right away for the next class. If there's a very good JUCO WF, he would have to consider it.

Solid moves thus far, I'll admit I was being a bit impatient. Now onto see if he can coach :)

Valvano used to say that the secret to winning was recruiting, scheduling, and recruiting. If you can recruit well enough, you can "coach".

Cg- I wasn't saying he couldn't, but we truly do not know yet if he can!

70's At the Acc level that's valid, at this level you have to be able to coach too! We have seen first hand with Buzz

RE: Transfer
Buzz didn't get enough talent to UNCW, especially at the guard/wing positions. And, in all fairness was playing with a different set of cards. We still have to wait on CB too, but I'm thinking that he's going to be a very good recruiter.

RE: Transfer
Moss was the least qualified coach we have ever had and Buzz was the laziest. We all hate losing Keatts but we are in so much better shape right now than we have been in the last decade or more except for the 3 years of Keatts. Coming off losing a guy like him it is hard to stay positive but we are so much better off than before Keatts that it is not debateable.

Based on the clips that I've seen of Cylla, he looks like a perfect fit for Keatts system. He plays smaller than 6'7 based on the limited videos I've seen, but he'll be a good complement to Taylor and Estime in 2018-19.
