NCAA released a few minutes ago that top 4 seeds in no particular order:

The show is on ESPN2 according to the NCAA website even though your program guide may list a Mike & Mike special. The original guide info had the show on ESPNU, but that listing has been removed.

Well -- I suppose we will know here in a few minutes whether or not the season is over. Last in will be better than not in at all.

Biggest screw job IMO was Virginia going to #6 national seed TCU as they were in all likelihood the 17 seed. I realize they can't go to an ACC host school but to go to TCU is brutal.

Our regional is brutal.

Unfortunately, I think the Monarchs got just what we deserved. The last week of the regular season through the tournament was nothing short of a train wreck, going 2-5, with three of those loses going to FAU. Then losing to Rice just helped set up the final fall into the bubble. Congrats to the Owls and the Eagles. I know you guys will rep C-USA in fine fashion. And FAU -- we'll just have to get some revenge next year.

Tough bubble. I think the conference was robbed. Too many teams with RPIs around 50.

TCU *and* Dallas Baptist. The Hoos got no favors.

Yet another time mid majors are robbed of NCAA bids. They would much rather take a just over .500 team in UCLA with an 11-14 OOC record. Just like basketball...

So U ended up with 2?, or 1? I thought Rice would be in for sure. good luck.. USM

I think if Rice has played better in the first half of the season, the conference would have had 3 teams. But losing 2 of 3 to Southeast Louisiana and Pepperdine, and losing the first five midweek games killed the RPI. ODU's 3 wins over Rice would have meant a lot more if Rice's RPI had ended up in the 20's. We were pitching some guys early in the year who didn't get the ball at the end of the year (and we also made two lineup changes which helped the hitting).
