Regan Rome and Leia Mistowski both qualified yesterday for the June 8-11
NCAA Women's Track & Field Finals.

Rome turned in a remarkable performance: in two days she qualified for both the 5,000 and 10,000 final by finishing in the top five in both races
against some of the nation's best in the NCAA Southern Regional Championships. She is the first W&M athlete to make the finals in two events since 1982.

Mistowski qualified in the hammer throw and became the first Tribe athlete ever to make the finals in this event.

Congrats to both ladies. Along with the women's tennis team who again won the CAA crown, they and that team are the highlights of the W&M spring sports season.
