RE: CUSA tournament
The good news: USM has played 20 more innings than we have, so we are far more rested.

The bad: it seems that no lead is safe against them.

Not sure if you were watching the game or using stat tracker but the wild pitch was on an intentional walk....and the pitcher never attempted to cover home or there could've been a play at the plate due to how far the ball bounces back towards home off the backstop at MGM

Glad we are playing you guys...just wish we had as much rest of you've had. No better way to end the CUSA post season than a Rice vs USM matchup for the trophy.

Wierdest thing, like the ball was slippery and it was 10' over the catcher's mitt -- and the pitcher was immediately embarrassed

Competes with Kravetz' balk as the headscratcher play of the tournament. For those who missed it, Evan came into the game with runners on 1B and 2B, with one. He got a ground out, which put runners on the corners with two outs. He then proceeded the fake a throw to first base with his foot still on the rubber, which is an obvious balk. Brain freeze.

With it fresh on his mind, he is unlikely to repeat it today. That's a good thing.

I'll 1-up you on the headscatcher play of the tournament. Wednesday our pitcher attempted to pick a runner off of 1st base....only problem was there was no runner on 1st, he was on 3rd. At least on your play there was actually a runner on 1st.
