Wrong again, but glad you guys are finally admitting we have evidence of a crime.

Civilians can only have their names unmasked by certain people. At the time of the leak, the only people who had authority to unmask Flynn's name were in the Obama administration.

So, what we know for a FACT is that a crime was committed, and it was committed by a member of the Obama administration.

What I've heard is that the number is 19, or right round there, people that would have or should have had access to that information from the lawless former administration.

Should take a serious guy like Mueller about 2 weeks to figure this out once the subpoenas are in place.

McMasters is, I believe. Powell, I don't think so. I think she's been in the NSC for a while, and got promoted some time ago to deputy position in the NSC.

Edit: I'll take that back.. she was appointed to a different position under Bush ages ago, and was appointed by Trump to the NSC.

Not to mention, there likely is no such thing as illegal unmasking here. Rice had the authority to ask and the IC had the authority to give her the name or reject her request.

But yes, leaking the name is illegal and the leaker committed a crime. However, here in America you still need to provide evidence and not just wishful thinking, to convict someone.
