As of today, here are the results of the First Round of NCAA Regionals for Sun Belt teams. As a reminder, when all three rounds are completed, the top 5 teams in each regional advance to the NCAA Championships:

In the College Grove Regional, Troy is currently tied for 3rd out of 13. Troy is currently ahead of #11 Texas Tech, #14 Clemson, #23 Georgia, and #25 Missouri. Great start for Troy so far.

In the Austin Regional, Georgia Southern is currently 10th out of 14.

In the Baton Rouge Regional, Georgia State is currently 12th out of 14.

At the end of the second day from the Austin Regional, Georgia Southern tied for 7th 4 shots behind the 5th place team. Georgia Southern Golfer Steven Fisk is tied for 7th place 4 strokes behind the leader.
In the Collage Grove Regional, Troy is in 6th place 3 shots behind the 5th place team. Troy golfer Cam Norman is in 6th place 6 strokes behind the leader.
In the Baton Rogue Regional, Georgia State is in 9th place. Georgia State golfer Alexander Herrmanann is tied for 6th place 7 strokes behind the leader.

Astate freshman Zan Luca Stirn is in 44th place in Baton Rouge, only 3 strokes back of the automatic qualifying spot for individuals

Georgia State has a tough road to climb to have a shot at advancing.

Georgia Southern stormed back up to give themselves a chance to advance. I hate that Troy slipped from 2nd to 6th place, but I'm hoping they can put together a great performance tomorrow and advance to the championships.
