In current news, the Alabama AG Marshall has reopened the state attack upon Victoryland and Greenetrack and others in an attempt to effectively continue the monopoly of the three Poarch Creek Indian casinos within our state. Nothing beats closing down tax paying businesses (employers) in favor of those getting a (state tax)free ride. Maybe their next step is to give state income tax credits for gasoline used to drive to GA, FL or TN to play THEIR lotteries or to MS to play at their casinos. All four states appreciate the Alabama money going into their state coffers.
