Just a very brief address from Bourne and very brief speech from each coach in attendance with nothing noteworthy at all.
I expected a full court press on the new Convo fundraising since that is the biggest project on the athletic department's current agenda. And at $88 million it is also the most $$$ JMU has ever spent on an athletic facility.

Here are a few sidebar nuggets that may interest some here...
We can expect another O-line transfer if things pan out this Summer. Big Ten player.
Houston is very pleased with the defense and expects them to be even better than they were at the end of last season.
No in-season "tournaments" for the hoops team because they require unappealing return games next year.
Rowe would prefer 2 OOC road games against elite ACC type competition, but may not get any on this year's schedule.
VCU and Va Tech still refuse to schedule us.
We can expect one more hoops recruit soon if things go well. The other scholarship will be held for 2018.

Very good info Hart. Most glaring weakness on team is o-line with three spots open and I had read on Saturday in the DNR that one more FBS transfer might be on the way. O-line is the right spot for that.

And yes, we've been hearing about a grad transfer. Good idea to keep one spot open. Talent level of next year's team should be significantly improved.
