Dunlap grounded out.
Warren line single to CF. Runner on 1B, one out.
Wunderlich singled through the hole. Runners on 1B and 2B, one out.
Chandler struck out for second time tonight-- on 3 pitches. Ugh. I would have attempted to drag bunt for a hit in that situation-- if it fails you at least move the runners into scoring position.
Proctor flied out.
5-3 good guys heading to the bottom of the fourth inning.

Amador survives his teammates' mistakes in the 4th, still 5-3.
We might regret using up Amador in this game, but if he doesn't pitch much longer then this could replace his midweek workout.

Willy managed to avert disaster in the 4th as a single (advanced to 2B on throwing error) and passed ball put a runner on 3B, but he got the big inning-ending strikeoutK.
Myers grounded out.
DiCaprio struck out swinging. Good grief-- Henry has not just settled down; he downright dominating us right now.
Gray weak grounder to the P.
ZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
5-3 good guys heading to the bottom of the fifth inning.

??? Who exactly did you want to come in to pitch? Jackson clearly is not ready for prime time yet. I could see him trying to stretch out Kravetz a bit, but in reality The OG has gone with a 7-man pitching staff the past 6 weeks.

Hey, I feel the hate for UH at least as much as you and Graham, but the weekend games are much more important. Just sayin'. And weren't you expressing puzzlement over the pitching decisions just a few posts ago?

Yes. I would have kept Kendall in for another inning or two, which still would have made him available over the weekend. Runners on 2B and 3B, two outs, no way I make a move to a guy who is prone to wild pitching.

Well now it's Moss, after Amador craps out by letting two on.

And it's the heart of the Coog's order. I'm leaving was the going is still good. Hopefully, we'll still be in the lead (or have retaken the lead back) when I return.

RE: 2017 Silver Glove - 3rd game
Dane is playing a heck of a defensive third base tonight. Lead off batter in 6th hit a chopper that he barehanded and almost threw the runner out. Some his plays earlier amazed even the Coog fans I came with.
