The graves are in Jackson, not Oxford. The UT pathology/necrology lab sits near the stadium, but not under it.

So, the recruiting question now becomes....how far will Zombie's travel to see a football game?

From what I understand, the same can be said for the Liberty Bowl and a recent, legendary poster from this site...

RE: Memphis vs Ole Miss DEAD BODY Football Recruiting
Now, this all brings further thoughts about dead bodies and Vaught Hemmingway. So, you are a loyal alum of OM. You die and in your will or even in a private letter or maybe just in a promise made by a relative....you want your ashes sprinkled on the field at Vaught Hemmingway. Seriously, it could happen....I am sure there are loyal fans that want this to be their final resting place. So....just speculating....I wonder how many dead OM alums have secretly had their ashes sprinkled in the middle of the night or by a band member who hid the ashes in their pants....on that field. Zombies, 7,000 dead bodies....ashes of cremated dead fans....no telling what has gone on at OM and VH Stadium.

I got the rhyme to prove it:
1861 civil war had just begun
1862 north was in it the south was too
1863 Lincolon set the _______ free
1864 civil war was almost o'er
1865 men went home to their wives

They are former patients of the state’s first mental institution, called the Insane Asylum, built in 1855, and underground radar shows their coffins stretch across 20 acres of the campus, where officials have wanted to build.

Maybe they will nickname Vaught-Hemingway, the Insane Asylum now.
THAT WOULD BE COOL

I CAN HEAR IT NOW , COME ON DOWN AND PLAY IN THE INSANE ASYLUM WHERE EVERYONE IN THE PLACE JUST GOES NUTS

I was thinking that point could come up but
1. OM is a Tiger opponent in numerous sports, including football
2. OM and Memphis recruiting the same players is a fact.
3. Coaches at OM have stated that they have a fence around Memphis
4. Michael Oher is from Memphis and dead bodies appeared to be important to him in the movie THE BLIND SIDE. Maybe other Memphis high school football players feel the same way.
5. UT and Memphis recruit for the same players and UT supposedly has dead bodies buried under Neyland Stadium according the THE BLIND SIDE and Kathy Bates.
6. I am sure OM has used the UT dead bodies under the football field in recruiting. It is important that we understand the recruiting tactics being used by OM and UT. Knowledge is power....especially in recruiting.
7. Having Zombies on your campus (whether it be OM or UT) is important to some recruits we may be after.
