This is just some dude making a wish list, and at the same time saying the A10 doesn't and probably won't expand to add a 15th team multiple times throughout.

The A10 isn't adding anyone until someone leaves. They will always have a even number of teams, if possible. UMass might have to leave if they can find a home for their football team that makes them bring all their sports into the conference.

If UMass leaves, Siena is a logical addition. If two leave, UNCW and CofC could be admitted as a tandem.

The A10 would take CofC and UNCW on potential. Both fit their profile well, and UNCW has a history of with VCU, GMU and Richmond in the CAA. Unless we get our budget up to par, we need to stay where we are.
